We have negotiated with all the apartments to offer you the best possible rates. You can see on EVERY apartments page the various facilities they provide for the comfort of your stay.

The Ghana Tourist Board, with its strict supervision on all apartments assures you that all our Apartments are carefully selected for their comfort levels and Privacy. Each apartment meets at least the follwing standards and are strictly observed and maintained.

• There shall be at least one housing unit with toilet, bathroom, bedrooms louge and kitchenette facilities for at least one person or a group of persons. unit shall be adequately ventilated.
• Basic bedroom and lounge furnishing shall be provided including a radio and a colour television set.
• There shall be an area designated for reception/concierge services with various rates for the units and other information boldly displayed.
• There shall be providede telephones in all the units for internal and external calls and units charges indicated.
• There shall be kitchenette at least a cooker, adequate crockery, full range of cooking utensils and a refrigerator.
• Daily cleaning services shall be provided.
• Laundry and maid services shall be provided on request.
• All units shall be provided with a pressing iron and an ironing board
• Adequate fire safety precautions shall be taken
• A high degree of general safety, cleanliness and hygiene maintained.
